Dining ConciergeOur client, a luxury members-only concierge service, is seeking a skilled Dining Concierge to join their team in the Los Angeles area. This individual must be extremely knowledgeable and connected within the Los Angeles restaurant scene to be able to secure hard to get reservations for high-demand locations.Salary: $110,000-$140,000 + Equity (Depending on Experience)ResponsibilitiesEfficiently handle reservation requests for our members, successfully securing reservations at top-tier and in-demand restaurants, focused on our Los Angeles market.Leverage expert industry knowledge to offer personalized recommendations tailored to members' inquiries and in line with their preferences.Relationship Building + Partnership DevelopmentEstablish and maintain strong relationships with in-demand restaurants in Los Angeles; ensuring priority access and seamless experience for our members.Collaborate with the executive team to explore partnerships and exclusive offerings with in-demand restaurants.Stay InformedStay abreast of the latest trends, new openings, and changes in the dining landscape.Regularly update the team on noteworthy events, promotions, and culinary experiences in your primary markets.Deeply understand our Member's needs to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless member experiences.Qualifications3+ years of experience as a concierge or client services/relations executive in a high-touch membership, dining/hospitality, or luxury services capacity.Proven experience working with high-net worth clients to provide remarkable experiences and exclusive access.Proven experience excelling in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Willingness to adapt and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our members and align with restaurant operating schedules.Ability to properly prioritize against competing needs.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Zendesk or other SaaS communication platforms.DispositionPassion for hospitality and dining; generally interested in the restaurant industry.Excited about the prospect of re-imagining the card membership experience with the opportunity to engage with a community of ambitious Members and co-workers.Thrives working independently within ambiguity, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Self-motivated and ambitious.Enjoys the challenge of making the impossible happen.Deep empathy - you can easily connect with others and understand their needs and implement their feedback.Energetic, flexible, confident, and collaborative attitude.BenefitsOpportunity to be an integral part of a brand that is creating a new standard of financial services and lifestyle membership — entering the ground floor of a fast-growing, category-defining company.Competitive salary, stock options, and 401K.Full health benefits (medical, dental, and vision insurance).If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
