What We Specifically Offer: A beautiful fully-staffed office Assistance with PR, marketing and social media Assistance with contracts and negotiations Monthly Sales meetings Weekly Roundtables Technology and Equipment Lead generation from relocation department, listings and marketing efforts About the Role: We’re looking for Licensed Real Estate Agents (new or experienced) to work with Buyers, Sellers, and Renters throughout the real estate process. Your day-to-day may include: Meeting with clients and showing properties Meeting with clients and listing properties Advising clients on pricing and market conditions Preparing and coordinating contracts Marketing properties and generating leadsKeeping up with and growing your Sphere of Influence Open houses Negotiating offers and coordinating closings Working with lenders, inspectors, and title companies Providing responsive, professional customer service What You’ll Bring Licensed: Holds an active Texas Real Estate License Client-focused: Enjoys building relationships and providing thoughtful, responsive service Motivated: Comfortable developing leads, following up with prospects, and growing a real estate business Knowledgeable: Familiar with residential real estate practices, contracts, market trends, and applicable regulations A strong communicator: Confident in conversations, presentations, negotiations, and written communication Organized: Able to manage multiple clients, appointments, deadlines, and transactions Professional and trustworthy: Brings integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to doing what’s right for clients Comfortable with technology: Able to use basic office software and real estate CRM tools Previous residential real estate experience in the Houston area is preferred, but not required.
