Picker/Forklift Operator Location: Delaware, OH


Pay: $18.50 per hour based on exp


Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM


Employment Type: Evaluate to-Hire


We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Cherry Picker/Forklift Operator for our client in Delaware, Ohio. This is a hands-on, physical role responsible for is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders in a warehouse or distribution center. This role ensures that products are picked, packed, and ready for shipment in a timely and efficient manner.


This position starts through our staffing team and offers the opportunity to be hired on permanently with full benefits after the temporary period.


Key Responsibilities


• Pick and pack products based on order sheets or digital systems


• RF Scanner and Tablet


• Locate items in the warehouse using inventory systems or labels


• Verify product accuracy and quantities before shipment


• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., picker and forklift, scanners) as needed


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines


• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when required


Requirements


• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)


• Previous warehouse or picking experience


• Ability to lift and move items (up to 25-50 lbs, depending on role)


• Basic math and organizational skills


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Schedule


• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM


• Monday through Friday
