EHS Manager

At ANDRITZ, safety isn’t just a priority, it’s how we operate. We’re looking for a hands‑on EHS Manager to lead safety and environmental programs at our Lancaster, OH manufacturing facility. In this high‑impact role, you’ll partner with site leadership to drive a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance, and continuously improve how we protect our people, operations, and environment. Job Title: EHS Manager (Manufacturing) Location: Lancaster, OH (On‑Site) Division: ANDRITZ – Diamond Power What You’ll Do Lead, implement, and continuously improve EHS and safety programs across the site Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable environmental and safety regulations Drive risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations to prevent future issues Champion a culture of safety through training, engagement, and leadership collaboration Partner cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, HR, and leadership teams Support environmental initiatives including waste reduction, spill prevention, and sustainability What You Bring 5+ years of EHS or safety leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices Proven experience developing safety programs and leading training initiatives Experience with ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 preferred Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field Why ANDRITZ Lead safety strategy at a key manufacturing site with strong leadership visibility Make a direct impact on employee safety, operational performance, and culture Collaborative, team‑oriented environment with support from regional EHS leadership Opportunity to drive continuous improvement and long‑term sustainability initiatives Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid maternity leave Paid paternity leave Commuter benefits Tuition assistance Disability insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
