Your Impact as an Event Supervisor: Lead and Inspire: Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring successful setup, execution, and tear-down of booths and displays. Coach for Success: Manage and train event representatives to meet lead generation goals and ensure high product presentation standards. Strategic Growth: Research and secure new event opportunities, including completing contracts, insurance requirements, and vendor paperwork. Model Excellence: Actively participate in lead generation activities and model effective engagement strategies for the team. Operational Accuracy: Manage lead data using tablet applications and collaborate with the Production Manager to support overall event strategy. What You Bring Minimum 1 year in event marketing, promotions, or lead generation, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams. Proficiency with digital lead capture tools, tablet applications, and email systems (Excel familiarity preferred). Comfortable traveling frequently between NV, CA, and AZ, including weekends, and capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approach to field event management. Valid driver’s license and the ability to transport event equipment.
