POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a conceptually and technically adept Art Director to join our client's in-house creative agency DRM team. This role is ideal for a creative who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality, brand-elevating advertising campaigns across social and mobile platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Brand Stewardship: Uphold and elevate brand guidelines with meticulous precision, ensuring every creative asset consistently reflects our standards and expectations.
• Creative Leadership: Leverage a deep understanding of social media and mobile-first creativity to produce ingenious and effective advertising content.
• Versatile Execution: Move fluidly between high-level art direction and hands-on execution, maintaining excellence in both conceptualization and delivery.
• Workflow Management: Effectively handle demanding creative workflows, balancing precision and speed while seamlessly transitioning between varied creative tasks and challenges.
• Strategic Guidance: Provide constructive, audience-specific feedback covering design details, storytelling, and strategic direction for each creative asset.
• Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with external agencies and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication throughout the creative process.
• Performance Insights: Leverage insights from past campaign performance to inform creative decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and mobile marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Creator Marketing: Expertise and/or experience in identifying and evaluating creator content on behalf of brands.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
