Urgently Hiring Production Associates in Sedalia, MO!Work 4 Days a Week & Enjoy 3-Day Weekends

Pay: $16.50
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Fridays as needed for overtime)

1st Shift Opportunities:

• 3:30 AM – 2:05 PM
• 4:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Assemble, stack, handle, and move production materials and parts
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and specifications
• Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate production records
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Support production goals and overtime needs as required

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer skills and understanding of quality control processes
• Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and schematics
• Good manual dexterity and ability to lift materials as needed
• Experience using hand tools preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
