About the Role As a CookII you will work in a 24‑hour operation, supporting kitchen staff in preparing locally‑sourced, seasonal dishes with an emphasis on innovation, respect for nature, and perfection. You will be a team player, hard‑working, detail‑oriented and flexible to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
