Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Injection Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our injection molding department. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of supervisory experience in injection molding and be able to lead production teams while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations in the injection molding department
Lead and support production team members
Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
Monitor production schedules and workflow
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams
Train and develop production employees

Qualifications

2–3 years of supervisory experience in injection molding required
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to solve production-related problems
Manufacturing experience required
