Responsibilities:

· Plan and manage day-to-day delivery schedules to meet customer need dates

· Coordinate delivery activities with internal departments to meet customer and operational schedules

· Serve as a primary point of contact for delivery scheduling inquiries and updates

· Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery windows, changes, or delays

· Coordinate and optimize driver routes using the Order Management System (OMS) to ensure efficiency and productivity

· Monitor deliveries and adjust schedules as needed to address operational changes or challenges

· Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation within OMS and related systems

· Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and service teams to resolve delivery-related issues

· Support continuous improvement efforts related to routing, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

· Comply with the Company’s “Keys to Success” and all applicable policies and procedures

· Participate in cross-training to support team coverage and operational continuity

· Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:

· Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), dispatch software, or logistics platforms preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or comparable tools

· Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies

· Verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in written form to be able to present and explain any aspects of products and services.

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Positive and professional behavior

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED required

· 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, logistics, or customer coordination preferred

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
