LCSW or Psychologist (Joliet, IL) - Youth Residential Program

Opportunity PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide on-site mental health services within a federally supported residential youth program in Joliet, Illinois 60403 . Our client operates a comprehensive residential program serving young adults, ages 16-24. The program's mission is to prepare participants for meaningful employment and independent living. This role provides direct clinical services to students and collaborates closely with residential and program staff in a structured, community-based environment. Position Overview This is a contract position with full-time or part-time availability, up to 20 hours per week .
- Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekends required
- Location: On-site in Joliet , IL (no telehealth or remote option)
- Delivering individual and group counseling services
- Engaging with students in residential and common areas (dormitories, recreation areas, dining facilities, counseling spaces)
- Collaborating with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff
- Providing oversight, guidance, and training to staff facilitating group counseling sessions
- Supporting student development, emotional well-being, and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Upholding all professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults
