Manufacturing Technician

Hurco Companies is growing our Manufacturing team at our Indianapolis headquarters and is looking for Manufacturing Technicians to join us. As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll receive hands-on training while assembling, configuring, testing, and preparing world-class CNC machine tools for customers around the globe. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience or a technical education who enjoy troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems. This is a full-time, first shift role on the Northwest side of Indianapolis. What You'll Do Install and test machine options and accessories according to established procedures. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical components on CNC machine tools. Perform machine testing to verify performance, identify defects, and make necessary adjustments. Document mechanical issues and material discrepancies. Prepare completed machines for shipment by securing them to skids and applying protective packaging. Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (forklift experience is a plus). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What We're Looking For 2+ years of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, maintenance, or related experience or an Associate degree in a technical field. Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus. Ability to read and follow technical instructions and procedures. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Ability to lift, move, and work around large industrial equipment. Forklift experience preferred but not required. Why Join Hurco?
