Independent Hospice RN Case Manager — Flexible Schedule

Magnolia Hospice in Texas is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home, hospice care across patients' residences and facilities. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, develop and implement Plan of Care, and educate patients and families on end-of-life options. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills.
