Salary: $64,000-$75,000 annually (pay is negotiated based on experience)

About the Position

We are currently hiring a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opportunity in Yelm, WA for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Details

• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
• Grade Level: 9th-12th and 18-22 years old (transition program)
• Caseload: ~45-50 students
• Student populations will vary based on district assignment and building needs
• Collaborative work alongside teachers, special education teams, and other school-based professionals

Clinical Support Through AnthroMed

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligible for or holding a Washington Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist license and Washington Educational Staff Associate certification
• Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice
• Open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY))
