Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality nursing care during midday shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering immediate emergency services and ensuring patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival in the emergency department.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and continuously evaluate clinical status.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the designated state.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent emergency room nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Ability to quickly assess patient needs and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working midday shifts from 12:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
