Job Description Job Description Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist wanting to work with Kindergarten, or students in grades 1-2? Do you want to work in a well-organized school district, and help children and families attain their developmental or educational goals? If so, Soliant has an opportunity for you. We seek contract SLPs to work with Kindergarten or 1-5 students for the remainder of the school year. Duties include: Providing speech and/or language therapy to students identified with munication disorders. Maintaining accurate service records of students on caseload Evaluating students with suspected munication disorders; making remendations for speech and language services as needed Providing prehensive written report of observations, assessment results, and remendations within the standards established by state guidelines Developing speech and language goals in Individualized Education Programs Developing integrated goals with other education staff for students with multiple or other disabilities. Consulting with school staff and parents on the inclusion of materials to support speech and language development, or other areas of curriculum related to speech and language. Participating in the Medicaid billing process for school-based services as directed.
