Daily Vibes & Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face and voice of the practiceanswering calls, welcoming patients, and managing schedules
- Keep patient records accurate, up to date, and complete
- Handle questions, concerns, and scheduling needs with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate seamlessly with the clinical team to keep patient visits smooth and on time
- Participate in team huddles and trainingbecause we're always learning and growing
- Help maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized front desk area

Requirements:
- 1+ year of dental experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence juggling a fast-paced schedule with a calm, can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented with top-notch organization

Your Office Schedule:
- Monday 09:00am to 05:00pm
- Tuesday 09:00am to 05:00pm
- Wednesday 09:00am to 05:00pm
- Thursday 09:00am to 06:00pm
- Friday 09:00am to 03:00pm
- Saturday 08:00 am to 01:00 pm (1-2 sat/mo)
