Location: Atlanta, GA, USA Onsite (local candidates only) Employment: CTC, W2, Full-Time

Qualifications
- 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience across core modules, workflows and integrations.
- Strong expertise in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Catalog/Request) and CSM; exposure to HRSD and CMDB.
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, change management and process improvement principles.
- Proven full-lifecycle developer/administrator experience, with practical knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or relevant CISM in ITSM/CSM are preferred.
- Experience in Higher Education or Government sectors is a plus.
