We are seeking an Assurance Manager to join the Real Estate Assurance practice, with the flexibility to work from multiple offices. What Work You Will be Responsible For Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy. Lead multiple audit engagements and manage competing priorities. Review, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively. Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals. Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagement. Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field. 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience. CPA. Experience with real estate clients. Preferred/Desired Qualifications Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field. 1+ year of supervisory experience. EEO Statement EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit‑based employer. Preferred Location and Compensation Preferred Location: New York For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $150,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
