The Brenkus Team is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Henderson, USA. This opportunity is ideal for a driven, client-focused professional who is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the real estate market. Responsibilities

• Manage 3-5 company-provided appointments each week.
• Guide buyers, sellers, and tenants through every stage of their real estate transactions with knowledgeable, responsive support.
• Conduct property tours, buyer and seller consultations, comparative market analyses, and listing presentations.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of prospective clients, referral partners, buyers, and sellers.
• Create and execute listing promotion strategies using digital platforms, social media, and other appropriate marketing channels.
• Represent clients' interests by negotiating offers, contracts, and transaction terms effectively.
• Maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation while delivering timely communication through closing.

Qualifications

• Driven, self-motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit and a strong commitment to achieving results
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust, listen attentively, and recommend solutions aligned with client needs
• Experienced in prospecting, lead generation, and cultivating new business
• Skilled at confidently navigating and resolving client concerns and objections
• Professional, articulate communicator focused on providing an outstanding client experience
• Dependable team contributor who works effectively with others
• Must hold an active real estate license
• Three or more years of real estate sales experience preferred; candidates with a proven record of sales achievement may be considered without real estate experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eager to grow, receptive to coaching, and dedicated to ongoing professional development
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
• Willing and able to learn, use, and consistently follow established scripts and dialogue
• Strong ability to manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines
