Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide physical therapy services to a diverse adult population

• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations

• Educate patients on mobility, strength, and injury prevention

• Work independently in a structured clinical setting

Qualifications

✔ Active Ohio Physical Therapist License (required)
✔ Bachelor of Science Degree and graduate from an accredited school of physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred)
✔ Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred

✔Certification in CPR
✔ Strong documentation and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
✔ Experience in correctional, acute care, or skilled nursing settings a plus
