Office Support and Bookkeeper

Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks experience to support our team in accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of QuickBooks experience and knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and general office duties. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and payments. Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks. Perform clerical duties like filing, data entry, and document management. Execute 10-key data entry tasks.
