Employment Type Full-time Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation X-ray / Radiography Certification High school diploma or GED Completion of an accredited dental assistant program preferred State dental assistant certification and X-ray certification required CPR certification Experience chairside assisting in dental procedures Knowledge of infection prevention and control best practices Strong organizational and communication skills Friendly, professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset Job Description Prepare patients for dental treatments, ensuring comfort and safety Assist dentists chairside during procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root planing Sterilize and organize dental instruments and workspaces in line with infection control protocols Take and process dental X-rays, including panoramic imaging Maintain and update accurate patient records and charts Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling, patient check-in/out, and customer service Manage inventory and coordinate supply orders to maintain clinic readiness Adhere to OSHA and healthcare safety regulations at all times Benefits Benefits include dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and employee discounts Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Monday and weekends: Closed About the Practice Name: Crutchfield Dental Group Location: 8520 Landen Drive, Maineville, OH 45039
