Business Development Manager

We’re growing the Mobikasa team in New Delhi, and we’re looking for a sharp, driven Business Development Manager to help us scale. Who we are: Headquartered in Miami, Mobikasa is a full‑service global digital agency. Since 2011, we’ve been helping growth‑stage and enterprise brands (across fashion, beauty, health, wellness, and more) turn their digital investments into real business growth. We build scalable storefronts, custom apps, and results‑driven marketing engines. What you’ll be doing: As our BDM, you’ll own the front end of the sales cycle. You’ll be prospecting, qualifying new opportunities, leading discovery calls, and collaborating with our global design and engineering teams to pitch tailored solutions to ambitious brands. What we’re looking for: Agency/Tech Experience: You’ve got a proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within a digital agency, tech, or SaaS environment. Tech-Fluent: You can comfortably talk about eCommerce platforms, custom development, and digital marketing in business terms. Pipeline Masters: You know how to build, manage, and forecast a healthy pipeline using CRMs. Great Communicators: You’re excellent in client meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
