Locums | Eureka, CA Neurosurgery Schedule:

• Coverage Type: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Schedule Type: Clinic and Call
• Call Type: Weeknight Beeper and 24 Hour Weekend Beeper Call
• Dates of Need: Nov 21 - Dec 8 and Dec 27 - Jan 5
• Provider will be in clinic and on call from 8:30 am-5:00 pm on weekdays (billed at the regular hourly rate, call responsibility during the day is included in that rate). Night call from 5:00 pm-8:30 am the next day (billed at the night call rate). Weekends will be 24-hour call coverage.
• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
• Hours Worked for OT to Apply: 9 hours per day
• Shift Times: 8:30 am-5:00 pm; 5:00 pm-8:30 am

Credentials:

• Current CV (must be uploaded on bid)
• License: Active or IMLC
• DEA Required: Yes
• Boards: Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency
• Skills/Certs: Experience with complex spine cases, Fluoro certification required (can have temporary Fluoro)

Additional Requirements:

• 100 cases within the past 24 months specific to privileges requested
• All HBS specialties require 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty
• Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained
• Include current case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
