Maintenance Manager — Lead Plant Efficiency & Safety

Lear Corporation’s Duncan Plant is seeking a Maintenance Manager to organize and direct the maintenance team, ensuring efficient, safe operation of production facilities. You will lead preventive maintenance, coordinate contractors, and manage budgets to minimize downtime and maximize uptime. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and extensive knowledge of CMMS, PLCs, and predictive maintenance, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
