Service Advisor

Job responsibilities to include (but not limited to): Be an ambassador for the Premier1 Automotive brand and its core values Greet/respond to customers in person, on the phone, or email using established guidelines and processes Follow‑up with customer inquiries within 10 minutes Document customer concerns, open service ticket, and work with Technicians and Operations Manager to assign ticket to technician as appropriate Communicate vehicle diagnosis, repair recommendations, and regular status updates to customers in a timely manner Follow‑up with customers to ensure their repair and service needs are met Meet and exceed customer service expectations of our customers every time Order parts Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned We offer: Benefits package including Healthcare, dental, vision.
