Status: Part-time CNA/STNA working 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. on Skilled Nursing on a Monday and Thursday night of our bi-weekly pay period, might be added to weekend rotation, on holiday rotation Part-time CNA/STNA working on Assisted Living 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m., on holiday rotation, possibility of adding a weekend rotation Full-time CNA/STNA working on Skilled Nursing 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., every other weekend and on holiday rotation Full-time CNA/STNA working 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on Assisted Living, on holiday rotation and possibility of adding a weekend rotation to schedule Pay: Starting from $18.50/hour in Skilled Nursing, increases with experience Starting from $18.00/hour in Assisted Living, increases with experience Shift differential of $3.00/hour paid for hours worked from 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. and $1.50/hour shift differential for hours worked from 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Responsibilities Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulatory, and hair care. Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse. Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation. Perform other duties as need arises and/or assigned. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
