StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 10 Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: 7:00 am – 5:30pm or 9:00am-7:30pm – Monday through Friday only.
• Required Cases: General, Orthopedics (no spines), Urology, Gynecology, Head and Neck, Cardiac (to include new device placement).
• Electronic Medical Records [EMR]: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC).
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days.
• Licensure: Active Washington License is required.
• Certifications: Must be Board Certified and have a Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
