\n As an Associate Center Director, you are a TLE Happiness Ambassador. You are passionate for creating a\n

\n Assistant Center Director\n

\n Key Responsibilities:\n
\n • Assist the Center leadership team in managing the day-to-day operations of the center.\n
\n • Provide leadership and guidance to the teaching team and ensure that they are delivering high-\n
\n quality programs and services.\n
\n • Work in the classroom as needed, ensuring that children are receiving a safe and nurturing learning\n
\n experience.\n
\n • Support the Center leadership team in managing the center's budget and financial planning.\n
\n • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full\n
\n compliance with all licensing requirements.\n
\n • Build and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and\n
\n engaged in their child's learning and development.\n
\n • Continuously evaluate and improve the center's programs and services and seek out opportunities\n
\n for growth and expansion.\n
\n
\n Qualifications:\n
\n • 2+ years of experience in a Lead Teacher or Center leadership role within a childcare center.\n
\n • Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines and a commitment to maintaining full compliance.\n
\n • High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework in Early Childhood Education or\n
\n related field preferred.\n
