Since opening our doors in 2011, we've built an excellent reputation for being there when customers need us most.WHAT YOU'LL TACKLE AS OUR WINDOW DEPARTMENT PRODUCTION MANAGER:LeadershipMaintaining a high-performing culture and ensuring all activities align with our purpose, values, vision, and SOPsConducting daily check-ins with job supervisors, installation teams, and techniciansAssisting the director of windows with hiring, recruiting, filtering, and interviewing candidatesSetting clear performance, salary, incentives, and benefits expectations for new hiresCoordinating with HR for onboarding, pre-employment screenings, and WAVE/PI testingAttending and leading LLDMT groups and table groupsCreating and maintaining department best practicesTeam DevelopmentTraining staff on company expectations, leading weekly team meetings, and inspiring them to complete exceptional workScheduling 1:1s and weekly production meetings to support team growthRecognizing employee achievementsEncouraging collaboration and cooperation throughout the dayOverseeing company vehicle usage, maintenance, and driving patternsDaily OperationsVerifying window orders for accuracyOverseeing project builds and coordinating all aspects of the job from beginning to endOrdering materials, maintaining our inventory, and managing staffing levels to support project efficiency and qualityMonitoring AJOT for accuracy and revenue opportunitiesMonitoring pipelines to ensure jobs are moving along and deadlines are metSolving problems and making adjustments to ensure successful project completionMonitoring emergency callsSales SupportWorking directly with sales reps to answer questions and solve problemsMaintaining open communication and positive relationships between sales and production teamsTraining reps on production processes and decision-makingAttending required sales meetingsContinuously learning sales processes and proceduresBRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS?Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and evenings as neededExperience with windows and restoration servicesLeadership experience and skillsIf you check these boxes and are committed to operational excellence, you could be the Window Department Production Manager we need!
