Bilingual Medical Scheduler - Phone & Appointments

HealthLinc in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a Scheduler responsible for greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, and directing calls. You will work closely with the call center staff and report to the Call Center Manager. Responsibilities include verifying patient information, scheduling per templates, explaining scheduling and insurance details, logging voicemails, and reminding patients of appointments. You may fill in as an Operator when needed, supporting PCMH initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Healthlinc
