RV Service Advisor

Dealership: L0569 Spokane Airstream Adventures Spokane Airstream Adventures Now Hiring: RV Service Advisor Department Hours Mondays & Sundays: Closed Tuesday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities: As an RV Service Advisor you will be responsible for initiating services and repairs by ascertaining trailer performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. Serve as the communicator and liaison between the Guest and technician; ensuring the Guest’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the Guest. Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles. Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system. Communicate additional repair and service needs to the Guest based on trailer inspection. Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying trailer repairs. Keeping Guests informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses. Qualifications: Previous service advisor or RV experience required. General knowledge of recreational vehicles A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
