Your work will span service calls, upgrades, complex troubleshooting, and custom installations. What You’ll Do Deliver Excellence: Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades to the highest standards of quality and safety. Solve Problems: Efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues. Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service with clear, professional communication. Technical Execution: Work accurately from electrical drawings, blueprints, and service orders while ensuring all work meets local codes. Maintain Standards: Keep a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow company safety protocols. Lead & Collaborate: Support apprentices when needed and contribute to a positive team culture. What You Bring Experience: 3+ years of professional electrical experience. Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of residential and commercial systems, specifically with panel upgrades and service work. Independence: A proven ability to manage your time effectively and work without constant supervision. Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a "client-first" mindset.
