Location: Circle Pines / Lino Lakes, MN Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Shifts Available: Morning, Evening, Overnight, Weekdays & Weekends Client Needs: 24-Hour Care Coverage Pay: Competitive, based on experience Join Our Team at All About Caring Home Care All About Caring Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team supporting an adult receiving Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). We are hiring multiple caregivers to provide 24-hour coverage and are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others live safely and independently. Position Summary As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support in the client’s home and community. You'll assist with daily living activities, promote independence, ensure the client's health and safety, and help achieve goals identified in the person's support plan. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, person-centered care Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Support community outings and social engagement Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Monitor the client’s health, safety, and well-being Complete accurate daily documentation Follow the individual’s support plan and company policies Communicate effectively with supervisors and the care team Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous DSP, PCA, caregiving, or healthcare experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study Strong communication and problem-solving skills Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care Why Join All About Caring Home Care?
