Job Title: RN - OR/Surgery Profession: RN Specialty: OR Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 06:30-17:00 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN License Certifications: ACLS Required Description: This is a contract position for an RN in the Operating Room/Surgery. The assignment is for a duration of 13 weeks. Candidates will be required to work from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Call is required, with a rotation of weekdays and weekends. Each weekend will involve being on call for 24-hour shifts. The unit has 4 beds and a staff of approximately 22.9. Patient ratios are 1:1. The typical staff on day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 6 RNs, and others. The unit focuses on a variety of surgical procedures, including orthopedic, general surgery, robotic, urology, breast oncology, podiatry, and ENT. The best candidates will be kind and flexible.
