Delivery Truck Driver - Non CDL

Job Overview Ferguson Truck Driver – Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure compliance with safety and DOT regulations. Responsibilities Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure accurate delivery tickets. Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credit requests. Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections. Fuel the truck as needed and report any problems or issues to supervisor. Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures. Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment and with receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material. Adhere to safety regulations, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety harnesses with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs. Work overtime as needed. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver’s license. Current valid DOT medical card. Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. Experience in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery, is a plus. Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach. Basic technology proficiency, including iPads. Pre‑employment drug and background screening required. Schedule Monday‑Friday, 7am–3:30pm. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage $15.61 – $23.41 (calculated monthly for salaried roles, hourly for other roles). Potential for bonus or incentive plan.
