Temporary Receptionist – Magnolia Office (Campbell & Company) We are seeking a dependable and personable Temporary Receptionist to support our Magnolia office. This position plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional first impression for our clients while helping maintain smooth day to day operations. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact by answering incoming phone calls, greeting walk in clients, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members Manage front desk activity, including directing foot traffic and ensuring clients are assisted in a timely and courteous manner Accept and process client payments accurately and securely Provide general administrative support such as scanning, filing, data entry, and handling incoming and outgoing mail Assist account managers and service staff with basic support tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment Qualifications Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced office setting Basic computer skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling payments Dependable with a strong work ethic and team oriented mindset This is a temporary position designed to provide additional support and coverage for the Magnolia office.
