Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

We are redefining rural healthcare to deliver the healthcare solutions needed most by communities. Our focus is on innovative solutions that keep quality care local, particularly in the areas of surgery, medical device, rehabilitation, and mobile ophthalmic services.
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The position primarily involves working in an outpatient setting with a portion of responsibilities in inpatient care. We welcome applications from new graduates as well as experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility and manage pain.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Nebraska or in a Compact State.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer flexible scheduling options, including:
- 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with an hour for lunch
