Job Title: Warehouse associate- Cycle Counter

Pay: $21/hr
Shift: Mon- Fri 7A- 4P

Position Summary:
Monitor inventory levels by regularly auditing stock, reconciling physical counts with reported data, and investigating discrepancies. This role is vital for eliminating stockouts, reducing inventory shrink, and keeping the supply chain running smoothly
Essential Functions:

• Physical Counting: Execute scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly cycle counts.
  
  
• Reconciliation & Investigation: Investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and Warehouse Management Systems, tracing the root cause of the variance
  
• System Updates: Accurately enter and adjust inventory data, track non-conforming or damaged products, and update product weights/dimensions in the database.
  
• Process Auditing: Monitor inventory movements, ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) standards are met, and assist with periodic or year-end physical audits.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate with warehouse pullers, customer service, and procurement teams to help locate missing materials and correct recurring errors.
  Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills) Requirements:
  
• Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
• Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products
  
• Utilize banding equipment
  
  
• Must be familiar with proper packaging methods
  
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  
• 2 or more years of related experience working in similar industry. Good verbal communication skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment-
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand for long periods of time. May involve repetitive motion. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneel, crouch, pushing and pulling of pans and part containers. The employee continuously is required to use hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects. The employee is continuously required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms.
Due to the open "ironment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
