The Staffing Assistant supports the overall including high-quality service delivery, client relationship management, and caregiver recruitment, development, and retention. The Staffing Assistant will help ensure all referrals are consistent and high-quality. Also keeping track of the caregiver records.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately in system.
• Excellent phone etiquette.

Preferred

• One year of experience in health care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
