The Cary Company is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to cover our Michigan territory and parts of Ohio, promoting our container, packaging, and filtration product lines. This role involves managing a range of accounts in a dynamic and competitive market, offering a strong opportunity to contribute to our continued growth. Compensation Performance-Based Incentives: Uncapped earning potential with commissions and bonuses tied to growth and retention. High-Earning Opportunity: Top performers exceed over $135,000-$150,000 total compensation as territory matures. Is a proactive self-starter who seeks continuous improvement. Resides in Michigan. A self-directed, detail-oriented mindset with a problem‑solving attitude. Sales experience and a knack for networking and lead generation. A college degree—or equivalent experience from the “school of hard knocks.” We’re looking for the best fit, not just a diploma.
