Position Wellness Nurse Manager (Part‑Time) Location Freeburg, Illinois Compensation Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000. Starting wage: $30.00–$35.00 per hour. Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday and Wednesday Week 2: Monday and Wednesday 7am–7pm Responsibilities Act as superior supervisor, leading the building and the Wellness team in the absence of department heads. Be a force on the floor: lead by example, respond promptly to call lights and requests, and prioritize residents’ needs. Document accurately and efficiently: complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents. Provide compassionate care: exemplify core values and ensure each interaction leaves residents feeling safe and cared for. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state of employment. Thorough working knowledge of current care standards, regulations, medication regulation and law, and requirements for providing and supervising appropriate care. Experience in hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents. Preferred (but not required) Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
