ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Estefania Solis, State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused professional to join our growing team as an Account Representative.

As an Account Representative, you will help educate customers on insurance products, identify customer needs, assist with policy services, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop leads and build customer relationships
Assist customers with their insurance needs
Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects
Identify opportunities to provide additional products and services
Work closely with the agent and team to meet office goals
Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to excellent customer service
Support a positive and professional team environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales experience preferred (inside sales, retail, customer service, telemarketing, or insurance)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Insurance license (440 or 220) preferred, or willingness to obtain licensing
Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
