Urologist Opportunity – Deaconess Illinois Crossroads, Mount Vernon, IL

Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic is seeking a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our team at Deaconess Illinois Crossroads in Mount Vernon, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to build a thriving practice within a patient-centered, high-quality health system. Practice & Facility Highlights:

• 47-bed hospital with 10 room Emergency Department (no trauma designation).
• 5 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy room available.
• 1 Urology room with a Uroview table.
• On-site CRNA anesthesia team.
• Clinic volume: Expect to see 18-22 patients per day in a fully staffed outpatient setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed Salary: $700,000
• $100,000 Sign-On Bonus

• CME & Professional Development: 5 Days of CME Time Off; $3,500 Annual CME Stipend; $1,000 per year for technology expenses; $750 computer allowance every 5 years; DEA, State Licensing, Board Certification & Maintenance Fees Covered
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 moving allowance

Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity:

• Potential for an additional performance-based bonus, subject to meeting defined quality and productivity metrics. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
