In this role, you’ll be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions. Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product demos when needed. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, restocking supplies like bags and receipts as necessary. Qualifications Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience with POS systems and retail math is advantageous. Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining excellent customer service.
