What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care within a behavioral health setting
• Assess patient needs, develop, and implement individualized care plans
• Utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately to licensed and ancillary staff
• Maintain documentation and compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
• Support patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being throughout treatment

What You Need

• Valid RN license in state of practice
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health or related nursing field
