CoWorx Staffing is seeking First Shift Warehouse Associates to join our premier client in Kennesaw, GA. This full-time position supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and safely. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing all assigned tasks efficiently, accurately, and safely. This role includes receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials to internal departments, distribution centers, or assembly lines.

Schedule (Varies by Department): MondayFriday, First Shift 6:00 AM 4:30 PM 8:00 AM Until Finish (typically between 5:00 PM7:00 PM depending on workload)

Responsibilities:

• Loading & Unloading Move incoming and outgoing goods safely and efficiently.
• Receiving & Stocking Verify incoming shipments, unpack, sort, and stock materials.
• Order Picking & Packing Prepare dealer orders following established guidelines and productivity targets.
• Inventory Control Perform cycle counts, maintain logs, and report damaged items.
• Warehouse Organization Maintain cleanliness, proper labeling, and accurate stock placement.
• Shipping Preparation Follow carrier requirements for packaging and documentation.
• Safety & 5S Compliance Adhere to all safety standards and support continuous improvement practices.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and machinery
• Ability to operate industrial vehicles
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently; bend, reach, twist, and stand for 10+ hours
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
