What Your Day Looks Like:

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving schedules to support production and customer orders
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with parcel, LTL, and truckload carriers
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and labels
• Monitor shipments, communicate updates, and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Partner with production, warehouse, customer service, and carriers to keep operations flowing
• Verify shipment accuracy including weights, counts, addresses, and special requirements
• Support freight claims and investigations as needed
• Manage packaging supply inventory and maintain organized shipping records
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delays
