Federal Quality Control Manager

Job Description

Develop and implement quality control plans for federal construction projects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality assurance.
Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Prepare detailed quality control reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address quality-related concerns.
Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards.
